Designed specially for "Little fish cakes"

 Mold design: Equipped with exquisite fish-shaped molds (usually taiyaki shape), the finished product has realistic fish scales and eyes, with an attractive appearance, which is very in line with the style of Korean street food.

Closed/Open design: EG-6Q is a closed mold (i.e., the upper and lower molds are completely closed), which ensures that the fish cakes baked have an intact shape and are convenient for filling.

2. Double-sided three-dimensional heating

Uniform heating: The upper and lower heating plates are used for simultaneous heating. The heat penetrates the batter from both sides, ensuring that the inside of the fish cake is thoroughly cooked while the outside is golden and crispy.

Locking the filling: Double-sided pressure heating can effectively prevent fillings such as red bean paste and cream from flowing out.

3. Precise temperature control 

Mechanical temperature control: Equipped with a large knob temperature controller, it supports temperature adjustment.
