3. Strong firepower: The total heat load is as high as 122,000 BTU (approximately 36kW), with intense and uniform firepower. This device has a good heat collection effect, which can quickly lock in the moisture of the ingredients and make crispy and fragrant rice crisps.

4. Safety devices: Equipped with an automatic flameout protection device (thermocouple), it will automatically cut off the gas supply in case of an accidental flameout to ensure kitchen safety. The ignition method is usually piezoelectric ignition, which is durable and ignites quickly.
