It has three independent baking Spaces on the upper, middle and lower floors.

Astonishing output: A total of 45 to 60 whole chickens can be hung on three layers (about 15 to 20 on each layer). This is a huge relief for the pressure of serving meals during the lunch and dinner rush hours.

Space utilization: Although it has three floors, it is mainly horizontally wide (1.2 meters), making it very suitable for use on operation counters or countertops.

Fast speed: Infrared heating has strong penetration, fast baking speed, high efficiency, and is more energy-efficient than traditional open flames.
