Main functions and features
1. Lift-type hot plate design
Spring-assisted: The cabinet is usually equipped with powerful springs or hydraulic rods. When you put in a stack of dishes, the spring will automatically lift the plates.
Convenient to take out the plates: The user only needs to hold the top plate and slightly tilt their body to easily pull out the hot plate on the top layer. It is both hygienic and convenient, and can prevent scalding.
2. Precise temperature control and heat preservation
Constant temperature system: Equipped with a thermostat, the temperature of the heating plate can be set as needed.
Preheating function: It can heat the bowls and plates and keep them at a suitable temperature (usually around 60℃-80℃), ensuring that hot food does not cool down quickly after being served and maintaining the color, aroma and taste of the food.
3. Mobile structure
Brake casters: Usually equipped with swivel casters (casters) at the bottom and featuring braking function. This enables the device to move flexibly between the kitchen, the preparation area and the dining room, allowing it to be used wherever needed. After use, it can also be pushed back for cleaning or storage.
4. Wide range of applications
Which is suitable for storing bowls and dishes with diameters of 8"-12" (approximately 200mm-300mm).
The machine body has excellent heat insulation, ensuring that the heat inside the body is not easily lost, and at the same time, the temperature of the outer shell will not be too high, guaranteeing operational safety.
