Main functions and features

1.  Cast iron baking tray
    It is usually equipped with heavy cast iron molds, which have strong heat         storage capacity and constant temperature. Whether it's making egg waffles, small fish cakes or takoyaki, they can all be baked to a crispy outside and tender inside texture

2. Double-sided three-dimensional heating

Uniform heating: The machine uses upper and lower heating plates to heat        simultaneously. Both sides of the food are heated at the same time, locking       in moisture and avoiding the situation where one side is burnt and the                other  side is raw that is prone to occur when heating only one side.

3. Precise temperature control

Mechanical temperature control: Equipped with a mechanical temperature        control knob, it supports temperature adjustment.

4. Structure and Materials

Cast iron burner head + stainless steel body: Sturdy and durable, anti-corrosion and anti-rust, easy to wipe and clean, meeting food hygiene standards.
