1. Countertop design: The GH-786-1 is countertop commerical kitchen equipment.

2.1/3 with a pit

"Pit"/Striped surface: The surface of the grill has concave and convex stripes (similar to a barbecue grill), mainly used for grilling ingredients with oil (such as steaks, sausages, chicken cutlets). The oil can flow into the grooves, preventing the ingredients from being soaked in oil, and at the same time, it can create beautiful "grill marks".

"Flat"/Flat surface: The remaining two-thirds of the plate is a smooth flat surface, mainly used for frying hand-held pancakes, eggs, squid tentacles, onion rings and other ingredients that require a flat contact surface.

3.B Strong firepower: It adopts a firetube burner, with evenly distributed firepower covering the entire bottom of the plate. The temperature rises rapidly and can maintain a constant temperature even during peak hours.

4. All-stainless steel casing: Corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and in line with commercial kitchen hygiene standards.

5. Independent temperature control: Usually equipped with an independent gas control switch, it can precisely adjust the flame size.
