    • Working Principle and Structure
    • Water Bath Heating (Indirect Heating):
    • There is a stainless steel water tank inside the device. After filling with water, the bottom electric heating tubes heat the water.
    •  The heat is transferred through the hot water to the stainless steel serving plates (GN plates) placed in the trough, thereby heating the food inside the plates.
    • Advantages: The heat is distributed evenly, and unlike direct heating, it is less likely to burn the bottom or damage the nutritional value of the food. It is particularly suitable for long-term preservation. 
    • Structural Design:
    •  Surface: Thickened 304 stainless steel, smooth and easy to clean.
    • Slots: Standard size design.
