    • After applying the skin water (malt sugar water), the poultry needs to be hung in a ventilated area for air-drying. The stainless steel rack is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and is an ideal tool for air-drying the dough.
    • 3. Cooling and storage:
    • After roasting is completed, hang the cured meat on the rack to cool naturally, maintaining good air circulation to prevent the skin from becoming soft due to heat accumulation.
