Main application scenarios
1. Pastry production:

- With an 8-layer rack, 200-400 buns can be steamed at once (depending on the diameter of the steaming basket), which is a standard configuration for breakfast shops and canteens.

- Prepared in stainless steel square plates, heated simultaneously in multiple layers to ensure consistent taste.
