Main application scenarios:
1. Rough processing area (Vegetable/Meat Preparation):
- Process: Wash vegetables/meat in the sink -> Cut directly on the adjacent countertop -> Waste materials are scraped directly into the sink or under-counter trash bin.
- Advantages: Avoid carrying wet ingredients through the kitchen, keeping the floor dry.
2. Dishwashing room auxiliary:
- As a supplement to the three-basin sink, used for temporarily organizing, sorting or briefly wiping the washed dishes (if regulations permit).
3. Cold dish room/ Salad room:
- Specifically used for cleaning and cutting of raw and cold foods, in line with hygiene requirements of separating raw and cooked foods and using dedicated areas.
4. Bar/ Water bar:
Used for cleaning fruits, cups, and performing fruit plate cutting.
