    • Two separate deep water tanks, usually used for "one wash and two rinses" or "separate raw and cooked foods". On the right side: Extension countertop (right counter/ draining counter)
    •  Function: Cleaned tableware and vegetables can be directly placed on the right countertop to drain; or it can be used as a preparation counter, where washed ingredients can be processed directly here.
    • Water-avoiding edge: At the rear of the countertop, there is a water-avoiding edge to prevent water from flowing onto the floor.
