1. External spray humidification system

When baking: Spraying can keep the crust of the bread moist, delay the formation of the crust, make the bread expand more fully, and the finished crust will be thinner, brighter and crisper (especially suitable for baguettes and European-style bread).

When proofing: Provide a constant high humidity environment to prevent the surface of the dough from drying out and forming a crust.

2. Full-view large window panoramic observation

1）Equipped with large-area thickened tempered glass doors and combined with the interior lighting, you can clearly observe the fermentation status or baking coloring of each layer of dough on the 8-layer shelves.

 2）No need to open the door: avoids the sudden drop in temperature and humidity inside the box due to frequent door opening for inspection, ensuring the stability of fermentation and baking.

3. Powerful hot air circulation

Three-dimensional baking: Equipped with high-power fans, it forces the hot air inside the box to circulate, ensuring uniform temperature distribution on the 8 layers of shelves. The bread on each layer is uniformly colored without the need to change plates in the middle.
